Experience an evening of Sound Healing & Gong Meditation, Gong Bath. This soothing, immersive journey invites you to let go of the outside world and allow the powerful vibrations of the Gongs to guide you into deep relaxation and healing. The Gong's resonant tones have the ability to shift your energy, clear blockages, and promote a sense of balance, inner peace, and rejuvenation. Each sound wave brings you closer to a state of deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to harmonise with the present moment. There's no right or wrong way to experience the Gong Bath – simply trust the process and allow the vibrations to do their healing work. This is a safe, nurturing space where you can release stress, emotional tension, and anything that no longer serves you. Your role in this event is to passively receive vibration, which means all you have to do is close your eyes and simply allow the sound of the Gong and other instruments to glide through you. TIME Doors open at 7:10PM and close at 7:20PM. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for signing in and settling for the evening. Once the doors are closed we unfortunately cannot stop the session to let you in. The event will last 1hr and 20mins. WHAT TO BRING Please bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillow, or anything else that will help you to get comfortable and stay cozy - the more comfortable you are the better the experience! There will be limited blankets available. This event is open for all genders. MINIMUM AGE: 16+ No tickets available on the door. This is not an event for children as the instruments can get too loud for them. Pregnant women in the middle and last trimester only. Gong Baths are not recommended if you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health issues, sound sensitive issues, have metal implants/pacemakers or on heavy medications. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member however please let us know the replacement details via email, shinrinofsound@gmail.com If we need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund. BOOKING FEES Tickets are £17.00 per person + additional online booking fee of 0.50p per person.
